Organic Gyokuro green tea, peppermint, spearmint, honey granules, lemon peel and elderberries.

 

Gyokuro green tea is a highly caffeinated tea variety grown in the mountains of Japan. Three weeks before harvest, the plants are shaded from the sun (similar to the practice of shading matcha). Post-harvest processing includes a steaming similar to the production of sencha. The result is a deep green. silky needle of leaves that produce a translucent emerald-like liquor, rich with umami flavor and sweet undertones.
