Earl Grey - Classic

1 tsp. per 8 oz. 212° F spring water

Steep 4-5 minutes

Alter the tea volume, water temperature and steeping time to your personal preference.

Measure 6 Tbsp. Per 4 cups 200°F Water

Steep 4 minutes

Dissolve 3/4 cup sugar in hot tea

Bring to room temperature before refrigerating

Mix 1:1 with choice of hot milk for a hot latte or cold milk over ice for an iced latte.

Concentrate should keep for up to 5 days in refrigeration.

Changing the volume of dried leaves, the temprature of the water and the length of the steep time will alter the taste of any tea or tisane. If your first tasting is unpleasant, perhaps alter one of these and try again. If you try various steeping methods and still do not like the flavor, that is perfectly okay. Another blend or flavor may be more to your taste.
