Adventures with Tea from Katheen's Kitchen
In 2023 I began a journey to learn more about loose leaf teas and tea culture. I host public tea tastings 4 times each year where I pair 3 flavors of tea with a 3 course tasting menu. We begin with a savory course that may include a tea sandwich, a salad, an appetizer, or a soup. This is followed by a scone course with 2 varies of traditional scones, jam and Devonshire-style clotted cream. Our final course includes a variety of sweets such as shortbread, cookies, cakes, candies or brownies. Check out the EVENTS page for more information.
